I reserve the right to accept returns only on a case by case basis.

Returns and exchange details

In the rare event that you need a return, please contact us at [email protected] first.
In order to start the refund process you must contact me within 3 days of delivery.
If you want to request a cancellation you must do so within 24 hours of placing your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
Items on sale/clearance
Second-grade/B-grade items

My return process is as follows:
• Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the rationale for the return/exchange.
• To be eligible for a return for any reason, your item MUST be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
• Customer must ship items back within 7 days of initiating the refund and include a tracking number. Returns without a tracking number will be ineligible for a return.
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item; if you are doing an exchange, charges for sending the new items will also be incurred. For any returns totaling over USD $50, we recommend postal insurance.
• Once your return is received, your refund will be processed excluding the order's original shipping & handling costs, and a credit will automatically be applied to your payment method.

Return to sender orders

If your order is returned to sender due to an error that is not ours (for example: shipping address provided is inaccurate, package was refused, etc.) you may elect to either have your order reshipped if an alternative address is provided and re-shipment fee paid or elect for a refund of the item minus the shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.

Inquiries and Chargebacks
DO NOT ISSUE CHARGEBACKS. Contact me instead to discuss options or a refund. All chargebacks will have evidence of fraud submitted to both the issuing credit card company and to the buyer's local law enforcement.
